Volunteering Information
Raptor Lacrosse is an ALL volunteer-run organization and functions only through the efforts of our member/parent volunteers. Every parent plays a role in making our club a success.    
In order to meet our volunteer needs of the club, a parent commitment deposit of $400 will be collected PER HOUSEHOLD for the season.  This fee is paid by check and is due at the January mandatory parent meeting.   The volunteer hour requirements or the season are as follows:
  • 6-8 hours per family (8U boys and girls)
  • 10-12 hours per family (all other age groups)
  • Note:  6U does not have a volunteer deposit or hour requirement
If you meet your parent volunteer commitment, then you will receive a confirmation at the end of the season stating that you have fulfilled your hours.  Your check will then be destroyed.  If you'd prefer to have your check returned to you instead of being destroyed, we will be glad to arrange this.  
A wide range of positions will be available to allow you to fulfill your volunteer requirement for the season:
  • Head coach:  Training and support is provided; certification and education fees are covered.
  • Assistant coach:  Training and support is provided; certification and education fees are covered.
  • Team Manager:  Supports the coach by communication and guiding parent volunteers.  Training is provided.
  • Game Day Coordinator:  Coordinates volunteers for game days, confirms referees for home games.  Training is provided.
  • Score table and game day jobs:  These jobs are specifically related to game days.  Examples are:  field set up and take down, sideline manager, scorekeeper, timer, spotter, pop up tent coordinator.   Training is provided.
Uniform Information

Uniforms are ordered during the registration process.

Raptor Spirit Wear with logo caps, t-shirts and sweatshirts will also be available!

Refund Policy

Raptor Lacrosse Refund Policy for Spring 2024 Program 

  • For December 2-31 non-medical requests are 50% refund of the total registration fee less costs. Starting 1/1 there is no refund for non-medical.
  • For medical related requests it’s a full refund through January 21 less costs and a doctors note is required.
  • Starting January 22 there is no refund for medical related requests.

Refund/Withdrawal Procedure:

A doctor’s note stating that the player will not be able to participate for the balance of the season is required for all medical refunds.  

To request a refund please contact our registration director via email at raptorlaxregistration@gmail.com with the following information: the date, player’s name, grade and reason for dropping out.

Refund Policy for other items and merchandise: 

  • Uniform payments made directly to Sling It! Lacrosse or Raptor Lacrosse are not refundable by Raptor Lacrosse
  • No refunds on gear bags or spirit wear
  • US Lacrosse Membership fees are paid direct to US Lacrosse and are not refundable by Raptor Lacrosse
